 | I live in the Mediterranean region and most of the women here also don't use foundation, I know I don't and I love my skin! It must be our climate + diet but I certainly don't look my age either. I eat wholesome unprocessed food which is the best nourishment and it surely shows. I use my lipstick as a shadow, blush, and lipstick. Brianna made these suggestions to me over a year ago and haven't changed anything since because I love the simplicity.
